1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our auto repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Estimates

Any estimates provided online or over the phone are preliminary and subject to change upon physical inspection of the vehicle. Final pricing will be provided before any repair work commences and requires your authorization.

3. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Specific warranties on parts and labor will be provided on your final invoice. Warranties are void if the vehicle is altered, modified, or repaired by another facility without our prior authorization.

4. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left on our premises for more than 3 days after completion of repairs and notification to the customer may be subject to storage fees, unless prior arrangements have been made.

5. Limitation of Liability

Muñoz's Automotive Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services.
